Crispy Chicken Bake features tender chicken coated in crunchy potato chips and corn flakes, baked to golden perfection—perfect for a comforting family meal or casual gathering.

Ingredients

  • 8 to 10 pieces frying chicken
  • 2 cups crushed potato chips
  • 2 cups crushed corn flakes
  • 2 sticks margarine or butter
  • salt

Instructions

  1. Melt margarine and season with salt, pepper, and paprika to taste.
  2. Prepare chicken pieces for cooking.
  3. Dip chicken pieces in the melted margarine, then roll in the crushed potato chips and corn flakes mixture.
  4. Place coated chicken in a greased casserole dish.
  5. Sprinkle any remaining crushed chips and flakes over the top of the chicken.
  6. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for about 1 hour or until tender, covering lightly with aluminum foil.
  7. Remove foil and bake until the chicken is browned and crispy.
