Ingredients

  • 1 frying chicken, cut in pieces
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • butter
  • 1 can creamed corn
  • 2 cubes bouillon
  • 1/2 cup boiling water
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1/2 cup chopped green peppers

Instructions

  1. Season the chicken pieces with salt and dredge in flour.
  2. Brown the chicken in butter, then remove from the skillet.
  3. Saute chopped onion and green peppers until soft.
  4. Add poultry seasoning, bouillon mixture, and creamed corn to the vegetables.
  5. Place the browned chicken in a casserole dish and pour the corn mixture over it.
  6. Bake in a 350°F oven for 1 hour until the chicken is cooked through.
