Ingredients

  • 2 cups thinly sliced raw potatoes
  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • 1 tablespoon minced onions
  • 1 cup skim milk
  • 1 tablespoon extra light margarine
  • dash of salt
  • dash of pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Lightly coat a 1-quart casserole with vegetable spray.
  3. In a bowl, combine sliced potatoes, flour, minced onions, salt, and pepper.
  4. Add skim milk and mix well to coat the potatoes evenly.
  5. Transfer the mixture to the prepared casserole dish.
  6. Dot the top with extra light margarine.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for about 30 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
