Ingredients

  • 4 cups broccoli florets
  • 4 large carrots, peeled and sliced thin
  • 1 large red bell pepper, seeded and sliced
  • 1 bunch radishes, halved
  • 2 celery stalks, sliced thin
  • 1 bottle (8 oz.) fat-free Italian salad dressing
  • 1 bag (1 lb.) Dole salad mix

Instructions

  1. Combine broccoli florets, sliced carrots, red bell pepper, radishes, and sliced celery in a large bowl.
  2. Pour the Italian salad dressing over the vegetables and toss well to coat.
  3. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 15 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
  4. Just before serving, toss the dressed vegetables with the salad mix.
