Tips & Substitutions

For a thicker sauce, mix the cornstarch with a little cold water before adding it to the cooking liquid. If you don't have frozen lemonade, substitute with fresh lemon juice and sugar. Adjust the sweetness to your taste. For added flavor, consider using garlic or herbs like thyme with the chicken.

Serving Suggestions

Serve the lemon chicken over a bed of rice or alongside roasted vegetables for a balanced meal. It pairs beautifully with Santa'S Special Salad for a refreshing side. Garnish with fresh parsley or lemon slices for an appealing presentation.

Storage & Reheating

Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat gently on the stovetop or in the microwave, adding a splash of water to keep the chicken moist. For longer storage, consider freezing the chicken in the sauce, which can last up to 2 months.
