Ingredients

  • 1/2 c. chopped onion
  • 2 Tbsp. fat
  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 6 Tbsp. catsup
  • 1 Tbsp. prepared mustard
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 8 hamburger buns

Instructions

  1. Brown onion in fat; add meat and brown.
  2. Mix in remaining ingredients except buns.
  3. Simmer 5 to 10 minutes.
  4. Serve hot on toasted split buns.
  5. Makes 8 servings.
