Ingredients

  • 4 boneless chicken breasts
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 can milk
  • 6 slices Swiss cheese
  • 1 stick margarine

Instructions

  1. Cook chicken breasts by boiling until tender, then break into bite-sized pieces and place in a greased 3-quart oblong casserole dish.
  2. Cover the chicken with Swiss cheese slices.
  3. Pour the diluted cream of chicken soup mixture over the cheese layer.
  4. Melt the margarine and mix it with the Pepperidge Farm herb stuffing.
  5. Spread the stuffing mixture evenly over the chicken and soup layers.
  6. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for one hour, or until the top looks crusty and golden.
