Ingredients

  • 4 oz. chopped raw carrot

  • 16 oz. cooked or flaked chicken
  • 4 Tbsp. mayonnaise
  • 1 1/2 c. water
  • 2 pkg. chicken bouillon
  • 3 pkg. unflavored gelatin
  • 1 tsp. garlic salt
  • 2 Tbsp. mustard
  • 1 tsp. lemon pepper
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper

Instructions

  1. Mix chopped raw carrot, chopped raw celery, dehydrated onion flakes, chopped pimento, cooked chicken, mayonnaise, garlic salt, lemon pepper, salt, and pepper together.
  2. Dissolve chicken bouillon in 1 cup boiling water.
  3. Dissolve unflavored gelatin in 1/2 cup cold water.
  4. Add gelatin to the boiling bouillon and stir until dissolved.
  5. Pour the bouillon mixture into the chicken and vegetable mixture and stir well.
  6. Pour the mixture into 2 loaf pans.
  7. Mold and refrigerate until firm.
