Crunchy Fudge Bars combine creamy butterscotch and chocolate flavors with crunchy Rice Krispies, creating a delightful treat perfect for parties, snacks, or satisfying sweet cravings.

Ingredients

  • 12 oz. butterscotch chips
  • 12 oz. chocolate chips
  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 8 cups Rice Krispies
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 4 Tbsp. butter or margarine
  • 2 Tbsp. water

Instructions

  1. Grease a 9 x 13-inch pan.
  2. Melt the butterscotch chips with peanut butter over low heat until smooth.
  3. Remove from heat.
  4. Add Rice Krispies to the melted mixture and stir until well coated.
  5. Press half of the mixture into the prepared pan.
  6. Chill in the refrigerator while preparing the fudge.
