Ingredients

  • 6 hard-cooked eggs
  • 1/4 cup commercial sour cream
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 teaspoon parsley flakes
  • 2 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • paprika
  • 6 pimento stuffed olives, halved

Instructions

  1. Peel eggs; slice in half lengthwise and carefully remove yolks.
  2. Mash yolks and stir in sour cream, salt, pepper, and parsley.
  3. Mix until smooth.
  4. Stir in bacon.
  5. Stuff eggs with yolk mixture and sprinkle with paprika.
  6. Top each with halved pimento stuffed olives.
