Crusted Lime Snow

Instructions
- Dissolve the lime flavored gelatin in 2 cups of boiling water and chill until partly set.
- Beat the partially set gelatin until frothy, then fold in 2 stiffly beaten egg whites.
- Pour the mixture into a 9-inch square pan.
- Top with one-third of wheat germ flakes and graham cracker crumbs.
- Chill the mixture until set.
- When chilled, cut into cubes.
- Sprinkle with the remaining graham cracker crumbs and wheat germ.
