Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup margarine
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup self-rising flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 (3 1/2 oz.) can flaked coconut

Instructions

  1. Cream the margarine and sugar together.
  2. Add eggs one at a time and beat well after each addition.
  3. Stir in milk and self-rising flour until smooth.
  4. Add vanilla and flaked coconut; mix thoroughly.
  5. Pour the mixture into a lightly greased 9-inch pie pan.
  6. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 50 minutes or until the pie is firm.
