Ingredients

  • 1 fresh garlic clove, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup olive oil (Bertolli, extra light)
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 teaspoon dry mustard
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 egg yolk
  • Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Mix garlic with olive oil.
  2. Add Worcestershire sauce, dry mustard, lemon juice, and egg yolk to the mixture.
  3. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese onto lettuce as you mix the other ingredients.
  4. Toss the salad and serve immediately.
