Ingredients

  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. crescent rolls
  • 1 (10-inch) pepperoni stick
  • 1 egg yolk
  • flour

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Unroll the crescent dough in one piece onto an ungreased baking sheet.
  3. Brush the pepperoni with the beaten egg yolk and roll it in flour.
  4. Place the prepared pepperoni on the dough and roll up, covering completely.
  5. Tuck in the ends neatly.
  6. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes or until golden brown.
  7. Slice thinly and serve with mustard for dipping.
