Ingredients

  • 2 sticks oleo
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 5 eggs
  • 1 pound box graham crackers, crushed
  • 1 cup crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1 cup coconut
  • 1 1/2 cups pecans
  • 1 cup raisins

Instructions

  1. Cream together oleo, sugar, and baking powder.
  2. Add eggs one at a time, beating after each addition.
  3. Add crushed graham crackers, drained pineapple, coconut, pecans, and raisins; mix well.
  4. Pour the thick batter into a loaf pan.
  5. Bake at 325°F for 1 hour and 20 minutes.
