Ingredients

  • oregano
  • ground cumin
  • gouda cheese
  • onion powder
  • cuban spice mix
  • ready-to-
  • water
  • sauce
  • garlic powder
  • ground black pepper
  • barbecue sauce
  • orange juice
  • yellow onions
  • fresh cilantro
  • tomato sauce

Instructions

  1. Combine steak, tomato sauce and water in pot.
  2. Bring to a low simmer; cook 90 min.
  3. Drain meat, discarding liquid.
  4. Shred meat; toss with barbecue sauce.
  5. Cuban Spice Mix: Combine ingredients.
  6. BULL'S-EYE Pizza Sauce: Combine ingredients in bowl.
  7. Stir in 1 Tbsp.
  8. Cuban Spice Mix.
  9. For each pizza: Grill 3 oz.
  10. onion slices on high heat; set aside.
  11. Place 1 crust on sheet pan.
  12. Top with about 1/2 cup BULL'S-EYE Pizza Sauce, 4 oz.
  13. shredded meat, grilled onions and 1/2 cup cheese.
  14. Bake in 425 degrees F oven 7 min.
  15. or until crust is crispy and golden brown.
  16. Slice into 8 pieces.
  17. Sprinkle with 1 tsp.
  18. Cuban Spice Mix and 2 Tbsp.
  19. cilantro.
