Ingredients

  • vegetable oil
  • cube steak
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 1/2 lime
  • chopped green onions

Instructions

  1. In a skillet, heat a little vegetable oil on high.
  2. Add cube steak and reduce heat slightly.
  3. Pan-fry steak until just done; then season with salt and pepper.
  4. Remove to a heated platter and squeeze lime over each steak.
  5. Top with chopped green onions and chopped fresh parsley.
