Ingredients

  • flour
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can brown gravy

Instructions

  1. Roll cube steak in flour; season with salt and pepper; brown in a greased skillet on both sides.
  2. Place browned meat in a casserole dish or crock-pot.
  3. Mix cream of mushroom soup, brown gravy, and water.
  4. Pour the mixture over the meat.
  5. Cover and cook in the oven at 350°F for 2 hours, or start on high in a crock-pot for 1/2 hour, then cook on low until tender.
