Instructions
- Saute onion, green pepper, and garlic in butter in a large Dutch oven until vegetables are crisp-tender. Stir in cucumber slices and tomatoes; add bay leaves, salt, and pepper. Stir well; cover and simmer 35 minutes. Remove bay leaves; discard. Serve immediately.
