Cucumber Pineapple Soup

Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 cups fresh pineapple, cubed
  • 1 seedless cucumber, peeled and chopped
  • 1 green pepper, chopped
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. add first 4 ingredients to a food processor and blend for 1 minute.
  2. add remaining ingredients and process until combined.
  3. pour through a mesh sieve into a bowl, pressing on solids, discard solids.
  4. chill 30-60 minutes, serve.
