Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cup refried beans
  • 1 1/2 cup guacamole
  • 1 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 cup grated Cheddar
  • 1/2 cup diced tomato
  • 1/4 cup sliced black olives
  • 1/4 cup sliced green onions

Instructions

  1. Spread refried beans in a 10-inch glass dish.
  2. Combine garlic powder, chili powder, ground cumin, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  3. Spread the seasoned sour cream mixture over the guacamole layer.
  4. Sprinkle grated Cheddar cheese, diced tomatoes, sliced green onions, and sliced black olives on top.
  5. Bake for 15 minutes in a 425°F oven.
