Ingredients

  • 2 c. mayonnaise
  • 1/4 c. chopped fresh dill
  • 1 1/2 tsp. Dijon mustard
  • 1/8 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • salt
  • white pepper

Instructions

  1. Mix mayonnaise, dill, mustard, and Worcestershire sauce in a bowl.
  2. Add salt and white pepper to taste, then chill the sauce well.
  3. Wash and rinse the cucumbers.
  4. Cut cucumbers into 1/8-inch thick slices and chill in ice water for about 1 hour.
  5. Drain the cucumbers from the ice water.
  6. Serve the sliced cucumbers with the dill sauce.
