Ingredients

  • 3 cucumbers
  • 1 brown onion
  • 4 Tbsp. sugar
  • 4 Tbsp. Heinz gourmet wine vinegar
  • salt

Instructions

  1. Slice cucumbers into thin slices and onions into rings.
  2. Place the sliced cucumbers and onions in a bowl, then salt well.
  3. Let stand in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
  4. Rinse the mixture well and drain thoroughly.
  5. In the bowl, mix the cucumbers, onions, sugar, and vinegar.
  6. Let stand overnight.
  7. Refrigerate before serving.
