Korean Ribs feature tender steak strips marinated in savory and slightly sweet soy-based sauce, then broiled to perfection—ideal for those craving bold flavors and easy grilling.

Ingredients

  • 1 Tbsp. sesame seed
  • 5 Tbsp. soy sauce
  • 2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
  • 1/4 c. sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. cooking wine
  • 1/4 tsp. Accent
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper
  • 3 or 4 garlic cloves
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped onion
  • 2 lb. sirloin or top round steak

Instructions

  1. Cut the steak into strips about 1 or 1 1/2 inch long.
  2. Marinate the steak strips in soy sauce, vegetable oil, sugar, cooking wine, Accent, pepper, chopped garlic, and chopped onion for about 30 minutes or more.
  3. Place the marinated steak strips on a broiler pan.
  4. Broil on both sides until brown, about 10 to 15 minutes on each side.
