Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup chopped dates
  • 1 cup raisins
  • 1/2 cup chopped dried pineapple
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans
  • 1/4 cup raw sunflower seeds
  • 1/2 cup raw cashew pieces

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients in a large bowl.
  2. Mix well.
  3. Store in glass jars.
  4. Use on camping trips or add 1/2 cup to cooked oatmeal for a hearty breakfast.
