Ingredients

  • 1/2 c. cold butter, cut into 8 pieces (stick)
  • 1 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 c. ice water

Instructions

  1. Put butter, flour and salt in bowl with steel blade until it looks like grits.
  2. Add water and cut off when ball forms.
