Ingredients

  • 1 dozen sweet green peppers
  • 1 dozen red peppers
  • 1/2 dozen hot peppers
  • 6 medium onions
  • 1 quart vinegar
  • 5 cups sugar
  • 1 teaspoon yellow mustard
  • 2 teaspoons turmeric
  • 1 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 2 tablespoons whole spice
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon celery seed
  • 1 tablespoon ginger
  • 4 tablespoons salt

Instructions

  1. Chop fine green peppers, red peppers, hot peppers, and onions.
  2. Cook everything for 20 minutes at rolling boil.
  3. Pour into hot jars and seal.
