Ingredients
- 1 dozen sweet green peppers ⓘ
- 1 dozen red peppers ⓘ
- 1/2 dozen hot peppers ⓘ
- 6 medium onions ⓘ
- 1 quart vinegar ⓘ
- 5 cups sugar ⓘ
- 1 teaspoon yellow mustard ⓘ
- 2 teaspoons turmeric ⓘ
- 1 teaspoon nutmeg ⓘ
- 2 tablespoons whole spice ⓘ
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon ⓘ
- 1 tablespoon celery seed ⓘ
- 1 tablespoon ginger ⓘ
- 4 tablespoons salt ⓘ
Instructions
- Chop fine green peppers, red peppers, hot peppers, and onions.
- Cook everything for 20 minutes at rolling boil.
- Pour into hot jars and seal.
