Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. turbot fish, poached
  • 4 c. rice, cooked (2 brown and 2 white)
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/4 c. milk
  • 1 c. peas, cooked
  • 1 c. corn, cooked
  • 1 c. carrots, cooked
  • 1 tsp. curry powder
  • 1/2 c. cheese, grated

Instructions

  1. Place in a microwave dish and cook on Medium-high in microwave for 7 to 10 minutes.
