Ingredients

  • 6 potatoes
  • 1 pint sour cream
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • salt to taste
  • pepper to taste
  • 1/4 teaspoon curry powder
  • 1/2 cup bread crumbs
  • 1/2 cup Cheddar cheese, shredded

Instructions

  1. Parboil the potatoes until nearly done.
  2. Cut the potatoes and place them in a casserole dish with the sour cream and cream of chicken soup.
  3. Blend in the salt, pepper, and curry powder.
  4. Top with the bread crumbs and shredded Cheddar cheese mixture.
  5. Bake for 45 minutes at 350°F.
