Ingredients

  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon shallots, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon curry powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 to 2 tablespoons milk

Instructions

  1. Mix mayonnaise, minced shallots, dry mustard, salt, minced garlic, curry powder, cayenne pepper, and sugar together in a bowl.
  2. If the dressing is too thick, add 1 to 2 tablespoons of milk until reaching pouring consistency.
  3. Refrigerate for 1 to 2 hours to allow flavors to develop.
