Curry Naan With Avocado, Tomato & Basil

- Chiffonade your basil and add the basil to the cut tomatoes. Put 1 tablespoon oil or just enough oil to cat the tomatoes/basil. Set aside.
- In a frying pan put the 1 teaspoon oil with a sprinkle of curry. Add 1 piece of naan and cook for 1 minute or until lightly browned, flip and brown the other side.
- Top the naan with the sliced avocado, then the basil/tomato mixture and enjoy!
