Custard Vinegar Pie

Ingredients

  • 3 Tbsp. flour
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1/2 c. brown sugar
  • 1/8 c. water
  • 1/4 c. sorghum
  • 4 eggs, beaten
  • 1/2 c. cider vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp. butter
  • pinch of salt
  • dash of nutmeg

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven.
  2. Mix all ingredients until creamy smooth.
  3. Pour into greased casserole dish.
  4. Bake at 375° for 30 minutes or until knife cut comes out clean.
  5. Sprinkle with nutmeg.
