A vibrant, customizable Tex-Mex salsa combining fresh peppers, onions, cilantro, and tomatoes, perfect for parties, chips, or topping your favorite Tex-Mex dishes.

Ingredients

  • seeded, minced, chopped peppers (jalapenos, green or mild Serrano)
  • chopped onion (yellow, purple or mild)
  • chopped fresh cilantro (coriander) leaves
  • chopped tomato

Instructions

  1. In 4 separate bowls, place one of the 4 ingredients: seeded, minced chopped peppers; chopped onion; chopped fresh cilantro leaves; chopped tomato.
  2. Optionally add a little vegetable oil and/or cider vinegar, and serve with lime wedges.
  3. Let guests assemble the salsa to suit their tastes, either in a big dish with chips or sprinkled over Tex-Mex food.
