Ingredients

  • 2 to 3 bunches green onions
  • 1 large carrot
  • 1/2 green pepper
  • 1/2 red pepper
  • 2 stalks celery
  • 4 to 5 large fresh garlic cloves
  • 10 to 12 plum tomatoes
  • 1 large jalapeno pepper

Instructions

  1. Mince every ingredient very, very fine.
  2. Add salt and vinegar to taste.
