Instructions
- Trim fat from the roast.
- Salt and pepper both sides of the roast.
- Place the roast in a roaster.
- Pour the chopped green chilies, Ro-Tel tomatoes, mushrooms, chopped onion, tomato sauce, and sugar around the roast.
- Cover with water.
- Place the lid on the roaster.
- Bake in the oven for 12 hours at 250°F.
