Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1/2 c. shortening
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1/2 tsp. baking soda
  • 1/4 c. sour milk
  • 1 c. bananas

Instructions

  1. Cream shortening, sugar, and eggs together.
  2. Add salt, vanilla, and baking soda to the mixture.

  4. Alternately add flour, sour milk, and mashed bananas, mixing after each addition.
