Ingredients

  • 12 chicken drumsticks
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper
  • 1/2 c. saltine cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 2 tsp. chives, finely snipped
  • 1/2 c. melted butter or margarine

Instructions

  1. Sprinkle the chicken drumsticks with salt and pepper.
  2. Combine saltine cracker crumbs, grated Parmesan cheese, and finely snipped chives in a bowl.
  3. Dip each chicken drumstick in melted butter, then roll in the crumb mixture to coat well.
  4. Place the coated drumsticks in a flat baking pan lined with aluminum foil.
  5. Drizzle remaining melted butter over the coated chicken.
  6. Bake in a 375°F oven for 45 to 50 minutes or until browned and cooked through.
