Ingredients

  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • 1 pint Damsons, seeded and cooked
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 1/2 stick margarine
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla flavoring
  • miniature marshmallows

Instructions

  1. Mix sugar and flour together; add to Damsons.
  2. Add egg yolks and margarine.
  3. Cook in a double boiler until thick; then add vanilla flavoring.
  4. Pour into a baking dish.
  5. Add miniature marshmallows on top.
  6. Heat for 10 minutes in a 350°F oven or until marshmallows brown.
