Ingredients

  • 4 egg yolks
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 teaspoons anise extract
  • 2 small eggs
  • 2 1/2 cups cake flour, sifted
  • dash of salt

Instructions

  1. Beat the egg yolks and the two whole eggs together with sugar until foamy.
  2. Blend in flour, salt, and anise extract.
  3. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto greased cookie sheets.
  4. Bake in a 375°F oven for about 15 minutes.
