Tips & Substitutions

For a crunchier texture, consider using steel-cut oats instead of rolled oats. You can also substitute the oil with applesauce for a lower-fat option. Adjust the sweetness to your liking by varying the amount of honey or maple syrup. Feel free to customize the nuts and dried fruits based on seasonal availability or personal preference, making it a versatile recipe.

Serving Suggestions

Enjoy this granola with yogurt and fresh fruits for a wholesome breakfast, or add it as a topping for smoothie bowls. It pairs beautifully with Vegan recipes, making it an excellent addition to plant-based diets. You can also sprinkle it over oatmeal or use it as a crunchy topping for desserts.

Storage & Reheating

Store the granola in an airtight container at room temperature for up to two weeks. For longer storage, keep it in the refrigerator to maintain freshness. If you want to reheat it, spread it on a baking sheet and warm it in the oven at 300°F for about 10 minutes to restore its crunch.
