Ingredients

  • 1 Tbsp. sugar
  • pinch of salt
  • 2 c. water
  • 1 Tbsp. flour
  • 1/4 c. vinegar
  • 2 eggs

Instructions

  1. Fry some bacon until crispy and set aside.
  2. In a saucepan, combine water, sugar, salt, and vinegar; bring to a boil.
  3. Stir in the flour and cook until the mixture thickens.
  4. Beat the eggs separately, then slowly add to the hot dressing, stirring constantly to prevent curdling.
  5. Pour the hot dressing over fresh dandelion greens and top with the cooked bacon before serving.
