Ingredients

  • 2 lb. red cabbage
  • 4 Tbsp. butter
  • 2/3 c. grape juice
  • 1/3 c. vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 c. sugar

Instructions

  1. Cut the red cabbage into julienne strips.
  2. Melt the butter in a large skillet or electric frypan.
  3. Add the cabbage, grape juice, vinegar, salt, and sugar to the skillet.
  4. Cook until the liquid is absorbed and the cabbage is tender.
