Ingredients

  • 6 eggs
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1 stick oleo (butter or margarine), softened
  • 1 small can crushed pineapple with juice
  • 1 cup Angel Flake coconut
  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla

Instructions

  1. Beat eggs until yolks and whites are blended.

  5. Stir in the beaten eggs until fully incorporated.
