Ingredients

  • 1 lb. cooked vermicelli spaghetti
  • 1 tsp. oregano
  • 1 (16 oz.) bottle Wish-Bone or Seven Seas Italian dressing
  • 3 tsp. salad seasoning (McCormick Supreme or Durkee Salad Seasoning)
  • 1 green pepper
  • 2 cucumbers
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 1 bunch green onions

Instructions

  1. Drain the cooked vermicelli spaghetti and let it sit for at least one hour to remove excess moisture.
  2. Pour Italian dressing over the cooled noodles and chill the mixture.
  3. Dice the green pepper, cucumbers, and tomatoes, and chop the green onions.
  4. Remove the noodles from the fridge and add the diced vegetables and green onions.
  5. Sprinkle oregano and salad seasoning over the mixture and toss to combine.
  6. Chill overnight before serving.
