- Beat the eggs until well combined.
- Add sugar and beat until creamy, then stir in vanilla.
- Mix in crushed graham crackers, chopped nut meats, and chopped dates.
- Pour the mixture into a greased 9 x 13-inch or 4-sided cookie sheet, lined with wax paper and greased.
- Bake in a preheated 350°F oven for 30 to 35 minutes.
- Let cool for 10 minutes after baking.
- Turn the torte upside down onto a serving platter and peel off the wax paper.
