Day Ahead Roast Beef
A tender, flavorful roast beef cooked with a creamy mushroom and onion soup mixture, ideal for make-ahead meals and perfect for family dinners or special occasions.

Instructions
- Mix the beefy cream of mushroom soup, water, and dry onion soup mix together in a bowl.
- Place the beef roast in a pan and pour the soup mixture over it.
- Seal the pan with foil and put a lid on top.
- Cook at 350°F (175°C) for 1 hour per pound of roast.
- Cool the roast and refrigerate overnight with the foil still sealed.
- The next day, do not open the foil.
- Skim the fat off the top of the juices.
- Slice the beef and heat at 300°F (150°C) for 1 hour before serving.
