Ingredients

  • 1 cube butter
  • 1/2 c. flour
  • 1 1/2 c. chicken broth
  • 3 Tb sherry
  • 1 1/2 c. whipping cream
  • 1/4 c. parm. cheese
  • 6 boneless chicken breasts cooked in butter
  • Broccoli - lightly steamed

Instructions

  1. Pre-cook chicken, steam broccoli-set aside
  2. Melt butter in frying pan, add flour
  3. Then add chicken broth + whipping cream DO NOT BOIL!
  4. Add cooking sherry + salt/pepper. Simmer
  5. Lay cut broccoli in baking dish. Pour 1/2 cup sauce on broccoli.
  6. Add 1/4 c. of Parm. cheese to remaining sauce. Slice chicken thin and lay over broccoli.
  7. Pour remaining sauce, sprinkle w/ parm. cheese.
  8. Bake 20 min. at 350, then broil to brown
