Tips & Substitutions

For a richer chocolate flavor, consider adding a teaspoon of vanilla extract to the pudding mix. If you don't have angel food cake mix, you can make a homemade version using egg whites and cake flour. To save time, use store-bought nondairy whipped topping, or substitute with whipped coconut cream for a dairy-free option.
