Ingredients

  • 2 c. old-fashioned oats
  • 1 c. raisins or dried cranberries
  • 1 c. unsalted peanuts
  • 1/2 c. unsalted sunflower seeds
  • 2 1/2 c. Rice Krispies
  • 2 Tbsp. sesame seeds
  • 1/2 c. butter
  • 1/2 c. chunky peanut butter
  • 1 (10 oz.) pkg. marshmallows

Instructions

  1. Toast oats for 15 minutes at 250°F. Add peanuts, raisins or dried cranberries, and sunflower seeds. Cool.
  2. Mix in Rice Krispies and set aside.
  3. Melt butter, chunky peanut butter, and marshmallows together until smooth.
  4. Add the dry mixture to the melted marshmallow mixture and mix well.
  5. Press the mixture into a buttered pan. Sprinkle with sesame seeds on top.
  6. Allow to cool before cutting into desired portions or wrapping for storage.
