A hearty deep dish taco bake packed with seasoned ground beef, beans, corn, and melted cheese, perfect for a flavorful family dinner or casual gathering.

Ingredients

  • 2 lb. ground chuck
  • 2 pkg. taco seasoning mix
  • 1 large jar taco sauce or salsa
  • 2 cans kidney beans, drained
  • 2 cans whole kernel corn, drained
  • 8 oz. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated

Instructions

  1. Brown ground chuck and drain well.
  2. Add taco seasoning, taco sauce or salsa, kidney beans, corn, and half of the cheese.
  3. Pour the mixture into a 13 x 9-inch baking dish.
  4. Sprinkle the remaining cheese on top.
  5. Bake for 30 minutes at 350°F (175°C).
  6. Serve with tortilla chips.
